Services
We provide consultation and design services based on the Vibration Alignment Protocol (VAP), including logo analysis, signature and visiting card assessment, and the deliverables listed in your chosen plan. The exact scope is the scope stated for the plan you purchase.
Applications and Payment
Submitting an application is free and creates no obligation on either side. An engagement begins only once a plan is confirmed in writing.
Plan fees are quoted exclusive of GST, which is charged additionally at the applicable rate.
Fees must be paid in accordance with the schedule communicated at the time of purchase.
Rescheduling and No-Shows
Consultations may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to attend a confirmed call without notice may be treated as the session having been delivered.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information and the materials required for analysis. Delays in providing materials will extend delivery timelines. Implementation of our recommendations is your responsibility.
No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any specific business, financial or performance outcome. Client examples shown on this website are illustrative and must not be read as promised or expected results. Outcomes depend on your market, effort and implementation.
Intellectual Property
The VAP framework, our website content, templates and methodology remain our intellectual property. On full payment, you receive ownership of the final logo and brand collateral created specifically for your business. You may not resell, license or teach our framework without written permission.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep commercially sensitive information disclosed during the engagement confidential.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the fees you have paid to us for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business.
Termination
We may decline or discontinue an engagement where a client is abusive, acts in bad faith, or breaches these terms. Fees for work already performed remain payable.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
Accuspeed Solutions Private Limited is an advisory and consulting firm. What we sell is analysis, judgement and professional time, not a physical product. Please read this policy in full before you make a payment.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Once a plan is confirmed and payment is received, the fee is non-refundable in full or in part, for any reason, at any stage of the engagement.
This is because our work begins the moment a plan is confirmed. A slot is blocked, your business details go to our research team, and the analysis, design and consulting hours are committed to you from day one. That time cannot be recovered or resold.
What We Give You Instead
We do not return the amount — we stay with you until the problem is solved. If you feel the result is not coming, tell us, and instead of a refund we will:
Re-open your case and study the problem in greater depth.
Re-analyse your business, your inputs and your implementation to find what is actually blocking the result.
Give you additional consultation and review calls at no extra charge.
Revise or extend your remedies where our analysis shows it is needed.
Remain available to you until the issue is understood and resolved.
We Advise, You Implement
As an advisory firm we provide recommendations, designs and guidance. We do not guarantee any specific business, financial or performance outcome, and results depend on how completely and how correctly our recommendations are implemented by you. A request for a refund on the basis that a particular result did not occur will not be accepted.
Cancellations
An application costs nothing and carries no obligation on either side. You are free to walk away at any point before a plan is confirmed and paid for. After payment, an engagement cannot be cancelled for a refund; it can only be paused and resumed by mutual agreement.
Chargebacks
Raising a chargeback or payment dispute against a validly delivered engagement is a breach of these terms. If you have a concern, write to us first — that is what the support commitment above exists for.
Duplicate or Failed Payments
This policy does not apply to a technical error. If you are charged twice for the same plan, or money is debited without the payment being registered, write to us with the transaction details and the extra amount will be returned to the original payment method.
This policy explains what you receive after purchase and how it reaches you. It applies to the Silver, Gold and Platinum plans offered by Accuspeed Solutions Private Limited.
What Is Delivered
All deliverables are digital: your Scientific Logo files, signature remedy and practice plan, wristwatch remedy, stationery designs (visiting card, letterhead, invoice, sign board), the alignment meditation, and the consultation sessions included in your plan. Nothing is physically shipped, so no shipping or courier charges apply.
How It Is Delivered
Design files are sent to your registered email address, and where convenient also shared on WhatsApp.
Consultation and review sessions are conducted online over a scheduled video call.
Platinum clients additionally receive an offline session, arranged with you on a mutually agreed date.
Delays
The most common cause of delay is incomplete input from the client's side. If materials, approvals or feedback are pending with you, the timeline extends by the same period. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details, an unreachable phone number, or a full or filtered mailbox.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions within the approved direction are included, so that the final files are usable across print and digital. Revisions that change the scientifically determined colour, shape or structure of the corrected identity are not made, because they undo the very correction you paid for.
Non-Delivery
If a scheduled deliverable has not reached you, write to us with your registered email and payment reference and we will trace it and re-send it. Non-delivery is corrected by delivery, not by refund — please read our Refund Policy.
