Due to the highly personalized and intangible nature of our services, we maintain a strict refund policy in compliance with applicable laws.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy and affirm your acceptance via the mandatory agreement checkbox at the point of sale.

2. Digital Goods & Non-Refundability

All services provided are:

  • Intangible digital products,

  • Customized exclusively per client specifications,

  • Delivered electronically via email.

As per applicable provisions under the Indian IT Act and international digital commerce standards, these services are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered—except under the specific terms outlined in Section 3 below.

3. 90 Days Result Guarantee — Conditional Refund

We offer a performance-based refund guarantee only for clients enrolled in our 90 Days Result Guarantee Program.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Full and verifiable adherence to every prescribed step of the Vibrational Alignment Protocol (including Signature Remedy, Wristwatch Remedy, Meditations, and Alignment Practices).

  • Completion of all required submissions and communication.

  • No measurable business growth or financial improvement after 90 consecutive days of full compliance.

Claim Process:

  • Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via Razorpay or direct bank transfer.

4. Ineligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Partial, inconsistent, or non-compliance with the protocol.

  • Delay or failure to provide required information (e.g., date of birth, signature, past logo designs).

  • Change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction with design aesthetics.

  • Misinterpretation of outcomes or expectations beyond the documented scope.

  • Service delivery completed as per terms, regardless of client usage.

5. Acknowledgment of Policy

By purchasing from scientificlogo.com, you expressly:

  • Waive your right to unconditional refund claims.

  • Acknowledge understanding and acceptance of the service scope and delivery method.

  • Accept that scientificlogo.com is not liable for subjective outcomes or external factors beyond the provided protocol.

6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

In the event of a dispute:

  • Parties agree to first pursue confidential arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).

  • The venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.

  • The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

This policy and any related matters are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
